The BowlersMart Lane Finder (the "Finder") is a free public service provided by BowlersMart to help bowlers find bowling centers and to help grow the sport. By accessing or using the Finder, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Finder.

Information and accuracy

Center listings are compiled from public data, including data from the United States Bowling Congress (USBC), and from other sources. This information may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Centers open, close, relocate, rebrand, and change their hours, pricing, and offerings without notice. You should always confirm hours, availability, and any other details directly with a center before relying on them or traveling to it.

No warranty

The Finder and all information in it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

No affiliation or endorsement

The bowling centers listed in the Finder are independent third parties. Listing a center does not mean BowlersMart is affiliated with, sponsors, endorses, or is responsible for that center, its operations, its safety, or your experience there.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BowlersMart and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of or related to your use of the Finder, the accuracy or inaccuracy of any listing, or your interactions with or visits to any listed center.

Changes

We may update the Finder and these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
